Analysis
1. The uVida Activity Analysis measures the individual heart rate zones, oxygen uptake and many other individual values of your customers:
▪ VO2 MAX – maximum oxygen uptake capacity during physical exertion.
▪ IAAS – The individual anaerobic threshold represents the transition between fat and carbohydrate metabolism. This is important for the efficient achievement of all goals, from ▪ losing weight to freedom from pain and improved performance.
▪ PULSE RANGES – for optimal and individual endurance training support
▪ MAX. CAPACITY – Indication of the maximum power in watts or km/h (pace) and the maximum heart rate.
▪ REGENERATION – How quickly your customer can recover after exercise tells us a lot about whether the person has been training efficiently or not.
▪ FAT MAX – This is the value of the maximum fat metabolism, which immediately brings with it a very high saturation of oxygen.
2. The uVida Food Analysis provides accurate data about your metabolism at rest:
▪ BASAL METABOLIC RATE -Identification of possible nutritional and muscular deficits + basis for nutritional support.
▪ POWER TURNOVER – consisting of work turnover + sporting activities.
▪ TOTAL CALORIC REQUIREMENT -Direct comparison of whether your customer is consuming too much or too little kcal.
▪ FAT METABOLISM IN PERCENT – shows you whether your customer is already following a healthy lifestyle (stress, training, diet).
▪ CARBOHYDRATE METABOLISM IN PERCENT – Mirror whether your customer is under too much stress, training too intensively or eating the wrong food.
▪ METABOLIC FLEXIBILITY – Indicator of how quickly a change can take place with the customer.
